The eight times world champion and one time World games champion will join Arma wheels for the 2018 season. The biggest stars of team Arma are the world champion sprint specialist Simon Albrecht and World games female champion Mareike Thum. Even though he wore MPC X-tech’s colours in the past, Peter Michael is well-known for his performances with Powerslide from 2015 to 2017. It will surely be special for many inline fans to see Michael in another skinsuit than a Powerslide one.
The multiple inline world champion also skated the 1500m, 5000m and mass start events on ice at the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic games. New-Zealand’s team in long track speed skating is sponsored by Arma and it definitely played in Michael’s decision. He will be coached by his Ice speed skating Coach Kalon Dobbin.
The Europa cup and Marathon season are gonna be crazy as Bart Swings, Nolan Beddiaf, Ewen Fernandez, Daniel Niero and Peter Michael are all in a different world team this season.
