Canada's long track World Cup 1 and 2 team now confirmed

Speed Skating Canada announced their long track speed skating team for World cup 1 and 2.

After the Canadian Single Distances Championships, Speed Skating Canada decided wich skaters they would bring to the fall World Cups. With the beginning of a new olympic cycle, we’ll have the chance to get acquainted with some new faces.

Here’s the list of skaters who will compete in Japan:
Jordan Belchos: 1500m, 5000m and mass start
David La Rue: 500m, 1000m and 1500m
Christopher Fiola: 500m, 1000m
Ted-Jan Bloemen: 1500, 5000m
Laurent Dubreuil: 500m, 1000m
Antoine Gélinas-Beaulieu: 1000m, 1500m, 5000m.

Heather McLean: 500m, 1000m
Isabelle Weidemann: 1500m, 3000m and mass start
Kaylin Irvine: 500m, 1000m
Ivanie Blondin: 1000m, 1500m, 3000m, mass start
Keri Morrison: 1500m, 3000m

The first World Cup of the season will be raced from the 15th to the 17th of November in Obihiro, Japan.
